The Women’s Arm of the Nigerian Society of Victoria (NSV)

The NSV Maidens and Matriarchs is a vibrant, inclusive community of Nigerian women committed to supporting, empowering, and uplifting women and families across Victoria. We provide a safe space for connection, learning, mentorship, and service—honoring both emerging voices (Maidens) and seasoned wisdom (Matriarchs).

Our group exists to foster growth, leadership, and wellbeing through shared experiences, collaboration, and meaningful engagement across our dear community.

Feedback: We welcome ongoing feedback and ideas on how to make the group meaningful and impactful for all members.

Who: Members or approved guests
Topics: Health, family, career, culture, community
Length: 200–400 words, original content
Images: Optional, high-quality with consent
Submit: Email nsv@yourdomain.org, subject: Newsletter Submission – [Month]
Deadline: 20th of prior month

Tips: Keep paragraphs short; editorial team may edit for clarity.

Membership & Participation

  • Open to all women within NSV and supportive allies.

  • Members are encouraged to attend events, contribute ideas, and engage in discussions.

  • Constructive feedback and collaboration are welcomed.

Meetings & Events

  • Regular meetings will be held (quarterly or as scheduled).
